Step 1
Via Phone conversation / Whatsapp, we will briefly understand the information of your party such as venue, time, capacity. You may also want to tell us your budget and some idea you want to go for.
Step 2
We will suggest a quotation base on your budget . If we all agree the ideas and the quotation, a deposit of $2000 will be make in order to hold the date for you.
Step 3
A site visit is recommend after the deposit is made. Even if it is not a new place for us or for you, it is better to feel the venue's atmosphere together so we make sure our ideas are sycn. We will also settle the invoice amount on this stage.
Step 4
After all ideas elements are settled, we will proceed to a design drafting session. The first design will be draft 4 months before your big day. After that we will fine tune if you have any add-ons to be made. By the time if you agree with the design, half of the remaining balance will be make.
